Bridal Extravaganza is the most ‘Lavish’ of all

NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – It’s the season of bridal shows and the Bridal Extravaganza happening at the Eastwood Event Centre promises to be spectacular.

Some of the gowns featured at the Bridal Extravaganza and in the fashion show guests will be treated to will be from Eastwood Mall staple Lavish By Coral Rose. The extravaganza will feature several different looks trending for the brides of 2025, such as the modern bride.

“The modern bride is sophisticated. She’s crisp, she’s contemporary. She likes very simple lines,” said Hillary Stone, Industry Liason and NTT Professor at Kent State University. “But she has to do it with a little bit of a kick. Our gown during the ceremony is this incredible, incredible, beautiful overlay by Jovani. Both garments are actually by Jovani. And you could actually go down to Lavish.”

Brides will be treated to what are called capsules which feature a look for each experience that belongs to the wedding.

“She’s going to be in a full gown for the ceremony and then we kick it to the reception dress and the reception dresses are a lot of fun,” said Stone. “We put her in a high ponytail and we’re just going to have so much fun for this memorable night. Today’s bride is so unique in how she is, regardless if she’s vintage, traditional, modern, or sophisticated because it’s all about the experience.”

Stone says the experience starts right at the proposal.

“The experience starts from day one when she’s proposed. Then you have your engagement, your shower, your cocktail parties, and the ceremony itself. So what we’re featuring is actually what’s going to lead up,” said Stone. “So the first dress, everything is by Jovani. They do incredible collections. There is the rehearsal dinner dress and as you can see, it’s strapless and it’s a one-shoulder with a beautiful tulle rosette. Then, of course, we’re going to lead into the gown. She has this beautiful modern gown with an overlay–it adds that special touch. Everybody wants a different look now for different parts of the wedding, and that’s what the capsules are all about.”

And they didn’t forget about the groom either.

“When she’s partying with her groom, he’s wearing an incredible, incredible tux by Tuxedo Junction. It’s a peak lapel,” said Stone. “He’s wearing the nice blue tie-popping color. When they start getting ready to have the reception, they’re going to start dancing. It’s become this big party. And that’s exactly what she looks like like she’s ready to party.”
