Opening date announced for Dave & Buster’s at Eastwood Mall, hiring begins

NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – Excitement is building around Dave & Buster’s ahead of its opening at the Eastwood Mall late next month.

Arcade games are already visible from what will be the mall entrance to the restaurant, bar and arcade.

Wednesday, Dave & Buster’s opened its hiring center inside the mall. It is looking to bring on 135 team members.

General Manager Kristen Harrison said the business is getting “flooded with applicants.” Harrison says the business will open on January 27.

“We’re going to have a line a mile long out front, I think, they’re gonna be beating the doors in to get into the building, and I just expect an absolutely excellent turnaround, you know, from the public to come out and see us opening day and then so on and so forth. I think we won’t be able to breathe until probably month six of being open,” said Harrison.

The hiring center will be open for about three weeks, with interviews taking place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome.
