Whatta-Potato Coming to Eastwood Mall

Get ready for a “spudelicious” dining experience! Whatta-Potato, a new eatery specializing in loaded potatoes, is coming to Eastwood Mall! Located in the JCPenney concourse, just steps from Center Court, this tasty new spot will officially open for business on March 25, 2025 at 10:30AM.

Owner India Hogans has been a nurse for the past 20 years but is finally turning her lifelong passion for cooking into a reality. “I’ve always wanted to open a restaurant that wasn’t too small or too big, that offered a unique product,” says Hogans. “Whatta-Potato is the perfect size, offering a delicious and customizable experience that will keep people coming back for more!”

Whatta-Potato offers a loaded potato made your way concept, allowing customers to create their own personalized potato masterpiece. Guests can choose from a variety of toppings to craft their perfect potato or select one of Whatta-Potato’s signature creations, desserts, drinks and special entrees. “Our menu has something delicious to offer and choose from for all ages,” Hogans added. She aims to create a unique and welcoming atmosphere with friendly, fast service that guarantees every customer has a delightful experience, from start to finish. Whatta-Potato will also source its potatoes locally, supporting businesses within the Valley.
