iHeartMedia and local officials announce launch of iHeartMedia Youngstown broadcast

iHeartMedia Youngstown announced the launch of its broadcast studio in the Eastwood Mall Complex. Officials from the Cafaro Company, iHeartMedia, Youngtown/Warren Regional Chamber, and Trumbull County will be in attendance at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday followed by a live broadcast of The Dan Rivers Morning Show on WKBN 570 AM.

The iHeartMedia studio is part of an ongoing partnership with the Cafaro Company that allows for enhanced promotion of the Eastwood Mall Complex along with extended community service and outreach throughout the region.

“The iHeartMedia Studio will be an amplified voice for the Eastwood Mall Complex reaching out to the community with relevant news, information and entertainment,” said Phyliss Gastgeb, market president, iHeartMedia Multi-Platform Group, Ohio Area “This partnership further extends iHeartMedia and The Cafaro Company’s commitment to serving the community.” Local iHeartMedia Influencers serve as a voice for the Eastwood Mall Complex through WKBN 570 AM Morning Show Host Dan Rivers, Afternoon Show Host Ron Verb, and Mix 98.9 FM Morning Show Host Gary Rivers, providing massive reach, scale, and community engagement in promoting events and charitable initiatives, according to chamber of commerce officials.

Gastgeb said the Cafaro Company and iHeartMedia share a mutual commitment of giving back and serving the community while supporting regional growth now and in the future.
